I applied, then at least 2 months passed before they called me directly to interview - on the spot. Then 3 weeks passed before they let me know that I was moving to the next stage - which was supposed to be 1/1 with the hiring manager. It turned into a panel interview where the hiring manager barely asked a single question - and the head of sales asked all questions. Then at least 3 more weeks to let me know that they would like to have me interview in person - another panel interview where they dug into my leadership style and process. That was more than a month ago - and they have not given me ANY information about next steps or not getting selected. Wildly unprofessional.
