This was very easy. If you are an experienced manager with good conflict resolution skills you will be fine. You need to be a CMCA to profess in your career. However, if you do not have this starting off they give you 1 year to do so.

During my second interview I was asked to come in the office and was asked multiple scenario questions by the entire team.

One phone interview and one in person interview.
I was subject to a background check. There was no drug test required. I also needed to show proof of car insurance.
