      Field Service Engineer Interview

      16 Nov 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Torrance, CA
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Seqgen (Torrance, CA) in Dec 2013

      Interview

Three rounds of interview: 1. Phone with Technical Manager, 2. Phone with General Manager, 3. On-site interview. Behavioral questions during 2 rounds of phone interviews and describing job duties and what company is working on. On site interview would explain basic things about products and listen carefully to all the structures. You would require to assemble and disassemble the machine to test the handiness level for being a field engineer.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Mostly behavioral questions and explain what company is doing.
