In-person interview for 30-60 minutes, followed by a take-home exercise which nominally took a few hours to complete, was given a week to do it, then a second in-person interview to discuss my solution to the exercise in detail.

Basic data structure and programming questions, Then take home test. The overall process is really enjoyable. The interview can go deep as well (e.g. CPU hardware level discussions about concurrency).
