Interview had normal questions, however it was uncomfortable when the person interviewing me started recording our conversation halfway thru without permission.
They followed up with a psychological test that had questions asking to prioritize business situations mixed in with opinions of prostitutes, murdering people, being jailed if innocent. Strange.
Owner was supposed to meet with me and then cancelled last minute. Thought it was rude, wasn't impressed.
The interview process was very organized! There was an initial interview then a second interview with various members of the team, which is helpful to get a better understanding of what your day to day will be like with.
