Interview
A series of interviews with relevant stakeholders including producers, dev leads, engineers, and multiple members of the C-suite. The interview process took some time, but it has improved a lot in terms of organization + speed in the last 6 months.
It was just a quick informal interview. The interviewer seemed nice but also perhaps a little slightly distracted. Wish I could have shared more about my background. No offer given. Boss seemed nice enough.
