It was more informative than interrogative. Initially there was a brief (<5min) informational phone screen. Within three business days a 1:1 interview (<30min) was established with a manager. Approximately another three business days passed until I got the offer. A drug test was scheduled locally the same day and I had to submit proof of insurance coverage. I started training two days after I passed the drug test. Training period is usually 1.5-2 weeks.
