The hiring manager repeatedly interrupted me as I was trying to answer his questions. He comes off as very condescending with his tone. He believes that he is some sort of sales “guru”. He stated that 99 percent of sales people are awful and have no actual ability. They merely grind through with luck or timing.

When it was determined that I was not a good fit for the job, Shaun called me personally to provide very useful feedback.
