Easygoing, friendly and nice environment. Not formal and felt like a normal chat with coworkers. Depends on the team though you will be working in, as every department or group is of course different.

Das Gespräch hatte ich zuerst alleine mit der Personalerin, danach mit dem direkten Vorgesetzten und dessen Vorgesetzter sowie der Personalerin in einem Raum, also zu dritt. Das Gespräch war aufschlussreich, locker und freundlich. Es dauerte ca. 45 Min insgesamt.

After submit the CV online, I get the confirmation email immediately (auto process)
And a real call comes faster, just 2-3days. After the phone call interview, it will ask your expected salary. Unfortunately the salary is lower than I expected. But I have the feeling it has a nice working atmosphere.
