There was one phone interview with the director and assistant director, then a resident director and they asked a few questions. The next round was the final round of interviewing, which was an on campus interview consisting of meeting with the resident director you would be working with, then interviewing with a panel of 7-8 live in professionals, then interviewing with a panel of 4-5 executive professionals in res life.
