Setsco Services interview questions

No interview as I was an intern with the company and applied back for a chemist position in the lab. Just sent in my resume to the hiring manager and received an immediate offer.

Very unprofessional and got completely ghosted after the interview. During the interview, manager was questioning legitimacy of past work experiences, and asked questions that reflected a culture of uncooperative colleagues which could be a red flag about the company's internal dynamics. All in all, it is a very typical Singaporean SME - Older owners with quite boomer thinking, lowballed salary, zero WFH days despite horrible location, working hours are 8:30am - 6pm.
