The final interview is with the brand communications manager and chief growth officer, who provide an introduction to SettleMint, its culture, and values. They’ll also ask about your background, experience related to the role, and familiarity with blockchain and Web3. Additionally, they’ll discuss your career goals and what you hope to achieve.
As a last step, you’ll complete a case study, after which the interviewers review your qualifications together. If all aligns well, you’re offered the role. The process itself is relaxed and supportive, with interviewers creating an environment that encourages you to be yourself and speak freely.
