I squeezed my whole interview in in one day although I don't think that's typical. It included a conversation with the production manager, the CEO, and then question and answer with a group of about 5 people on the production team. They asked me questions, and I asked them questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Seven Cycles in Oct 2007

Painfully long. The interview process with fellow employees was immediate, but meeting with the president (Rob Vandermark) took over 3 weeks - and resulted in a 15 minute phone interview.
