After meeting the recruiter you have to attend the informational session. Then you have a one on one interview. This step is basically to know more about yourself, your goals as the company team member, previous job experiences, as well as the motives to be hired.

There was a process for this position that everyone has to go through. They even make you take a test that was timed. Definitely looking for some of the best but they just want to see if you're a hard worker and not shy.

Interview
Interview was very casual, extremely nice people and very welcoming. First they invite you to an informational. Next is the on campus interview. Then there is a self assessment and from there, they decide if they want to fly you out to meet the management team.
