I was brought in for an initial interview with the marketing/publicity team, then a second interview with higher up leadership. The staff was kind and flexible, but the communication on the other end was fairly poor. I wasn't alerted whether I got the job or not-- I had to follow up via email a few weeks later, only to find out I hadn't been selected.

Interview
First step was a phone interview. We didn’t talk much about me, mostly about Shambhala. That was followed by an assignment to see if I got a second interview: suggestions for Shambhala to improve. We mostly talked about the scope of work expected for the job and Shambhala’s future goals.
