Shamrock Home Loans interview questions

I am having my 3rd interview today. I am hoping to get hired with this company. So far my first interview with a lady named Shalimar was extremely pleasant and she was very friendly and helpful. My second interview was with one of upper management and he was very respectful and friendly. Some interviews you feel like you are being put on the spot on every question. He did not make me feel that way and made the interview painless.
