I applied through my college's job site. It took a couple of weeks. Flew up for an initial interview and then had a final interview, both in person. Received an offer letter a week after my final interview.

Interview
Initial phone call to get to know me. Basic questions about my experience, passions, interests etc. Already knew I was a potential candidate based on my resume. Scheduled follow up call after internal discussion. Very friendly and easy going. Was more of a two way conversation than just a one way question and answer session.
