Slow comming. Took forever to call, made me really question if they were really wanting to hire someone or just wanted their people to be understaffed. Took 6 months before they even called to schedule the interview.

Very easy. They hardly even asked me anything and just gave me the job on the spot. Easiest interview I've ever had. A little unprofessional if you ask me. But if you want the job you'll get it because as long as your always available you could be blind and theyd hire you

Why do you want to work here? Where did you hear about us? What do you expect from us?
It was really simple and easy. Sat down with the manager and was mainly was asked questions about myself and my background. There was maybe 1 situational question that she asked.
I have over 10 years customer service experience and I got passed over other candidates who had less experience than me. They care little about your experience. Terrible company to interview with.
