Quick, semi-formal. Interview, drug test, start can happen within one week. I wore business casual. Answer honestly and listen well. They'll send you for a drug test and background check before training.

Came in, low impact and stress, asked if could handle fast paced environment, previous experiences, and what was greatest weakness. Got called back within a few days found out was hired.
It was good. Easy, but productive questions that let them know how you hold yourself and more about you and your work ethic But they do hire you for fulltime and only give you part time hours

This interview was very easy. It was a typical interview for any fast food/gas station. I was told I had got the job before I even walked out of the door.
