Interview process was amazing. I felt very nervous but the DSM and RSM were so sweet and made you feel as though your story mattered. They did not rush me in my answers and took time to get to know who I am. It was more than looking at a resume and answering questions from a book. It was very easy and felt refreshing.

There was an initial phone interview which wasn't very long and the follow up with the district manager was scheduled at that time. I met with him at a coffee shop and the interview was conducted from a form he had to follow and filled out as we went. All of the interviews went the same way. None of them were difficult. I had the necessary experience and in the end it was my personality and likability that got me the job. There was a final interview which included the regional manager and, again, it went the same way.
