Same as many describe bellow: 1) Submit your test 2) Wait for months for the reply Sherpany, even if you think that the candidate is not up to your standard, you should be respectful to the candidates, recognize that they we use our spare time to prepare the test, get ready for the interview and whatnot. So far - your recruitment process is a disrespectful joke.
