very brief, kind of laid back like I was just talking to a counselor in high school. I went in and came out with an offer that same day, it was three days of training in south SF, getting there in the mornings by car was terrible, the traffic was a nightmare.

Interview
The initial call with the recruiter was pretty bland. I’ve never spoken to any recruiters that have sounded monotoned, they’re usually upbeat and get you excited for the role and company. I felt like I was being too cheerful although it was probably because the energy wasn’t balanced.

just a couple of simple questions. you should read about the company history, they like when you've done your research. don't be afraid to be honest, they look for that. Be real about your availability, don't call out because it really burdens everyone else.
