This was one of the best interview experiences I’ve had in my career. The communication was consistent, timely, and genuinely friendly throughout the process. Every leader I met was kind, respectful, and transparent about what to expect when working at ShipBob. Given the current job market, this level of professionalism and follow-through stood out. Many companies today struggle with candidate communication — ShipBob did not. Even knowing they were evaluating multiple highly qualified candidates, they made the process feel personal and valued. The interview questions were thoughtful and fair. In my opinion, the level of difficulty truly depends on the effort and preparation you put in. I approached the process seriously while staying authentic to who I am as a leader, and that balance made all the difference.
