ShipBob Operations Support Manager interview questions

Three stage interview and a case study. All interviews were conducted remotely with recruitment, HR and Director. Case study consisted of data on issues and what work you would propose to fix and drive efficiencies.

1) Phone Screen with Recruiter, Answering basic screening questions and some basic Interview questions relevant to the role. 2) Case Study using provided data and answering questions on data analysis (trends, outliers, etc) 3) Interview with hiring manager (Regional Director) and HR representative. 4) Interview with skip-level manager (National Director)
