You submit your resume and cover letter. They bring you in for an interview. You'll speak with Jeffrey, the owner, and Shaun, the lead technical writer. Jeffrey is mostly just shooting the breeze and sizing up whether or not you're actually trying. Jeffrey will explain how the company structure works (contract work). Jeffrey is pretty easygoing. Just try to present yourself as confident. Don't try to impress him with any of your background. He doesn't know anything. He's just business operations now. Shaun will explain the actual stuff we do. He'll also be sizing up your technical skills and aptitude. Don't try to BS your way with him. Just be honest. Trust me--if you aren't a good match for this kind of work, you're going to HATE it anyway. It's better to find out at the beginning rather than struggle for weeks before you're terminated.
