Shore Funding Solutions interview questions

Very brief no longer than 5 minutes. This is still a new company and they really want to expand. The interview was mostly an in-depth job description of the position and the compensation structure. I was only asked one question.

Met with senior management. First spoke over the phone, then came in for a standard face to face interview. Asked standard interview questions. Gave very detailed background on the company, the industry, earnings potential, etc. It was a relaxed environment, I didn't feel nervous at all. I was offered the job right there on the spot and accepted it.
