I found the job offer and applied online. Just a couple of days later, they called me and we had a brief phone contact first, then a written test and after I passed we had a skype video interview.

I first submitted my CV through e-mail and then had an interview with HR and took a test on my native language. A test consisted of multiple choices questions and a translation test. HR replied to my e-mail almost immediately and scheduled the interview.
