You will have an online questionnaire with a timer with grammatical and style related to the language you are applying for. I would recommend to be as quick with your responses as possible, as the time runs fast!

It is usually done in group. You will write and exam of 1 hour or so. They will mark and give you the score. If you pass you go on for another interview

How would you look for the solution of a problem online. describe the process
Friendly interviewers. Spoke in English, Mandarin and Japanese. Test on Japanese proficiency too. Overall quite engaging. I guess you just need to demonstrate you can converse in Japanese on a conversational level.
