Easy but took time. They asked lot of questions on sql and some old .net technologies. Staffs were accomodating and welcoming. They also asked some behavioural questions. Good experience overall

Initial selection using CV. Phone call from the HR. Code Challenge (Occasionally, depending on the level) Interview (Physical). The interview process is generally not tedious. The only aspect that seems very important is the ability of the candidate to convince the interview panel that he/she understood what it takes to do the job in question
