Only one interview was conducted with Department Head and Hiring Manager. Interviewers were very friendly and made process very friendly and open discussion. Work permit in Deutschland was very critical as they were looking for someone within Germany, Plus job was flexible in terms of on site presence. It went very well overall. Interview session took almost 40 mins.
