I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Siemens Healthineers (Bengaluru) in Jun 2018
Interview
There was an online test on one of the popular code platforms. Those who clear the cut off were then called for face to face discussion. The discussion was started by a single interviewer. It appeared as if he was very nervous himself. I think it was his first time as an interviewer. The interview was frequently interrupted by another arrogant senior guy who kept coming in and going out of the room interrupting our ongoing discussion (blatant disregard!) and asking random questions in between. Most of the technical questions he asked didn't make any sense. Don't know what he was trying to establish. Then he asked about my current salary and expected salary (in a technical f2f interview and in front of the other interviewer) which I guess was above what they could afford. In the next round the manager was very polite. Overall it was a bad experience. They need to work on their interview process as well as ethics.

Question 1
Based on my resume, they asked how I have optimised the performance of the system
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Siemens Healthineers (Bengaluru) in May 2018
Interview
Called me for first round of interview. After clearing that, they called me after 15 days for client interview which was easy. After that, they tried to negotiate at 10-15% hike. Don't understand why they didn't clarify this before the interview. This could have saved time for both.
