It was streamlined and clear. I first met with an HR Talent scout on the phone, then was setup for a face-to-face at the office. The team was able to meet with me and then I met with my boss separately. All stages of this process were positive, but the security clearance part is pretty tedious. Be prepared for that process to take a while.
