The overall impression from the interview was negative. During the first stage, the Technical Recruiter behaved in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. She raised her voice and spoke to me harshly, even though she did not know me personally. This attitude created an unpleasant and uncomfortable atmosphere, leaving me with a poor impression of both her professionalism and the company’s interview process.

The whole process was good presented and and well informed about what exactly is going on, the information was clear and people were very polite, the feedback was also really positive

o processo foi conduzido de forma bem legal, fiz uma entrevista com a recrutadora, depois um live coding e por fim uma entrevista de fit cultural. infelizmente após essa etapa levei um ghosting da pessoa recrutadora, por isso a experiência negativa. deve-se dar retorno ao candidato, mesmo que negativo, principalmente após tantas etapas e tempo dedicado ao processo.
