Sigma Technologies (Ohio) interview questions

There were two phone interviews. The first was with a recruiter with the company. It was about basic information, experience and expectations. The second was with a manager at the company. We talked about the requirements of the job in more detail and about specific tools and experiences I was familiar with. Overall more of a relaxed interview.

The phone interview was brief and very mundane, just reading a transcript. Both times, their HR dept (interviewer) lacked communication beyond the interview. More than qualified for the job, got 2 phone interviews with no lead. Please stop wasting people time if you are not hiring.
