I got a call from the HR team, with standard explanation about the role and the company, and usual questions about availability, salary, and a short presentation of myself.
Then the second stage interview was in person with the manager and stakeholders (product, research).
I really appreciated that the second-stage interview was conducted in person. The team was very friendly and approachable, and the discussion included a couple of practical use cases, which made the conversation engaging and relevant.
I especially valued the opportunity to visit the office and experience the environment firsthand. Being able to meet people face-to-face and get a sense of the company culture made a significant difference. In many interview processes, the in-person stage only happens at the very end, but I believe it’s one of the most important steps to truly connect with the team and assess mutual fit.
Great experience overall, and I really hope to get to the next stage.
