Initial screening call followed by skills test. Was then brought on site for 2 hour interview with engineering staff. Overall Experience was extremely positive. I can't stress how great of a company this is and would recommended it to anyone. The engineers are really great people who are very passionate about software. The company culture is fantastic and compensation is definitely competitive.
