The company is very small and dingy the "HR" person is one woman at the front desk (she was super nice). I waited for an HOUR before I was interviewed and the interview lasted 5 min. There was a bunch of people all waiting as well. Plus you have to pay fro your own parking. Honestly, I'm still not sure what the position even entails. Im not going back for a second interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Signals United (Orange, CA) in Feb 2017
Interview
I received a call to prescreen for the interview. During this call I specified my interest in digital and social media marketing. When I arrived, I noticed that the building is not in a very nice part of town, I had to pay for parking, the office within the building smelled damp and dirty. The walls were scuffed and while waiting I listened to the receptionist prescreen another applicant. During my call, the representative from Signals identified herself as being in the HR department. I met with one of their hiring managers and was able to suss that they were not looking for marketing people but sales/demo staff to present their clients products and service at events. This was NOT what I was asked about during the prescreen call and I was not pleased to have wasted my time. If you aren't interested in being a demonstrator/quasi-salesperson don't bother with this one.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Signals United (Anaheim, CA) in Feb 2017
Interview
Please be advised this is a BAIT AND SWITCH. I got a response to my application for a customer service position by a very friendly person stating she was with the companies' Hr department and set up an interview. The day of the interview I arrive at a very small office with a receptionist taking calls she greets me and identified herself as the person I spoke to over the phone. I look around and notice some of the office space is empty and unkept. I end up meeting with a young man who starts telling me about selling phones on a straight commission basis. There was no mention of the job I actually applied for. I was beside myself. I prepped myself and drove almost an hour for absolutely nothing.
