I applied online. I interviewed at Signature (Cherry Hill, NJ) in Jul 2017
Interview
Saw the job posting. Salary was listed at 45,000 to 50,000.... I work in customer relations so I applied. Upon applying i was called in for an interview. I immediately noticed that few people were in the office, aside from the front desk and a couple managers... In my interview they specifically said they were a marketing company and that they did not sell things. They fast talk you in the interview and are not clear on what you will be doing exactly... In the end I was able to talk to previous employees and this is simply a sales position which they sugar coat. They need to be upfront. Don't be fooled. Save your time looking for a position with an honest company.
I am not sure what previous employees you spoke with, but this position is a salaried based position. If you told about the marketing role its because you would not be selling any products, just working on the behind the scenes marketing. I am sorry if you fell differently, please contact the office and we can discuss any confusion.
