I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Signet Jewelers (Minneapolis, MN) in Apr 2012
Interview
Easy interview process. They had pretty much already decided to hire me before the interview, i felt like. I had 2 interviews with store managers and then took the offer. Everyone in the store I started out at was much older than me and had been there for a long time. It took a little while for them to warm up to me but they are fantastic people and I really enjoyed working in that location.

Question 1
there really weren't any, however they asked me to agree to a drug test and background check, which they didn't do either of.
I did, however, have to complete an extensive personality test (which was 100% common sense).

I interviewed at Signet Jewelers (Colorado Springs, CO)
Interview
I did a short virtual video interview with local district manager and region vice president. It was simple and pretty useless. Word salad type stuff. I had tremendous experience and they chose to move forward with me.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Signet Jewelers (London, England) in Feb 2017
Interview
The interview process involved the recruitment agent emailing with a date in store for the interview the whole process was very chilled and comforting . They don't follow the STAR format so it's based on the individual. They ask competency based questions which is a change conpared to other retailers.
