Interview
The interview was pretty simple, no tough questions, It only took me about 20-30 minutes after which I was given a tour of the facility. I received an offer a few days later.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Signtech (San Diego, CA) in May 2015
Interview
1 phone interview and 2 in person interviews with the 2 directors of project management, VP of sales, and one of the sales executives. They asked standard questions like:
Why do you want to work here?
Why are you leaving your current company?
Can you handle the stress of project management?
Etc.
Overall it wasn't that difficult, and I felt like they really wanted to bring me on board which was nice. The people were easy to get along with and gave me a good vibe from the beginning.
