Interview
Interviewed in an online format via Zoom. Talked not only with Partners, but with senior managers and staff-level accountants. It was well structured and professional but also very relaxed, and everyone was incredibly friendly and pleasant to talk to.

They asked me about why I chose the accounting field, and asked several situational questions.
Was in contact with two recruiters. Had one phone call where they said they would get back to me about an interview, but never got in contact. Never had this happen with any other firm.

Interview
I had a wonderful interview process! I had to go through two rounds of interviews which truly helped me to get a full picture of whether this was the company I could see myself with long term.
