Silgan Dispensing interview questions

Interview process moved quickly at first after being contacted by a recruiter. An interview was scheduled within a few days and overall it was a very positive experience. The interviewer was friendly, personable, asked thoughtful questions, and clearly reviewed my resume beforehand instead of treating the conversation like a generic screening. He also explained the next steps in the process. Unfortunately, communication completely fell apart afterward. Despite following up both directly with the interviewer and through the recruiter, I still have not received a clear answer. It has now been 8 weeks, and the only update provided is that they “haven’t made a decision.” I understand hiring processes can take time, but leaving candidates in limbo for nearly two months with little to no communication is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company. A simple update, timeline, or even a rejection would have been more respectful than complete silence.
