You enter the group presentation with you and a few other applicants. Advice look a other airlines what they say about getting hired. Smile ear to ear and be excited! This is a lifestyle as much as a career. You will get to travel and see places you could only dream about seeing. Let them see you are excited they even said they could see the excitement during the presentation. I knew before the face to face I had the job because I was that excited. Chat with other people at the interview about places you want to see and why it shows a passion for travel. Me and the person I was chatting with both got hired the quieter one didn't it does make a difference I think. Training- Be prepared Silver isn't as bad as most airlines but Flight Attendant training is tough very little sleep and lots of exams which you need a 90% which for most exams was only missing one question. Your classmates will be there with you to push you through it is a team effort and I am close with them and plan to be for years to come. IOE- You got your wings your all excited don't celebrate it isn't over. You are the only flight attendant on the flight they are extremely picky. You may know everything but if you aren't fast enough they will let you go after moving to a base. It happened to me very disappointing even though the 1st person who reviewed me thought with more time I was meant for this career.

It was a long interview. It took a long time to get a call back. Once you get the call you have a week to get everything ready to move for training for a month.
