Silvercrest Advertising interview questions

Got in contact with the recruiter she sent my resume to Silvercrest then was set up with a phone interview. During the time of my interview, she basically asked about my background, I gave it to her and in the middle of it said: "well you don't have experience with omnichannel unless you have and didn't mention it?". I was a little thrown off because the recruiter said that she sent her my resume and approved my background. If you approved my resume wouldn't you have made sure that it mentioned that on my resume? I felt that she didn't look at my resume when the recruiter sent it to her and wasted both our times. I was doing research on the company and preparing for it to only last 10 mins.
