Online. The interview was conducted well. Started on time and hopefully looking forward to a 2nd. The location of the office is nearby based on the interview and also offices on the west coast

Lady interviewing me was working from home with her crying baby right next to her. Such an unprofessional experience. Also I was told I would know the final hiring decision by a certain date, I never heard back so I contacted them several times and almost a week after the deadline date they finally responded and message wasn't too friendly. Lack of communication and professionalism to say the least.
