Simple Laboratories interview questions

The recruiter contacted me unexpectedly rather than through a scheduled interview time, and I had to ask to continue the conversation later because I was unavailable. During the discussion, I was asked several questions regarding my education and future academic/career plans that felt unclear to me, which made the interaction feel somewhat confusing and uncomfortable. This may have been a communication or timing issue, but overall I did not leave the interaction feeling particularly comfortable or positive about the recruitment experience.
