During the application they made me do two tasks then they emailed me for an initial interview and they keep rescheduling on such short notice including the initial (?) interview with the CEO. They then emailed me an offer with a trial period of two weeks and the instructions for the tasks weren't clear at all and the person who was sending it to me was just rude. I find it difficult just because the instructions were written so poorly when it could have been reconstructed better.
