The new application process includes an assessment (20 minutes) that will provide you an instant score. The new assessment helps provide applicants, like you, a better indication early-on if they're likely a good fit for SimplrFlex. Additionally, we're shortening the time it takes to hear back from us with a final decision. Our average time to respond is currently five business days, with our goal to get that close to two business days.
