Pretty smooth process - firstly a test with the paralegal manager then invited back for a second interview with an attorney following test results. Nothing out of the ordinary in terms of paralegal questions.

Short interview for an interim paralegal role. No real questions asked, mainly just the interviewer telling me about the role and seeing if I had any questions. At the end, there was also a technical test for attention to detail.
