Straightforward interview and offer on the spot. Depending on the project manager/directors decision. 1-to-1 interview. Lasted about 30 minutes explaining the direction of the project and the expectations in the role.

Interviewer arrived 10mins late for interview. Hand shake and smile was limp. Looked disinterested and burdened about coming into the interview room. Asked many hypothetical and irrelevant questions. Overall a very bad interview process which gives people a glimpse of what life could be like beyond the interview room...sucks I guess...
